Balance is the key to everything in life. Yoga and Pilates can help create a sense of balance by shining the light of awareness into every corner of our body, mind & soul. And with this heightened awareness comes possibility for change and growth.

Classes are bookable in half term blocks in line with the academic calendar, priced at £9 each. Spaces are limited, but provided there are some spaces available I can offer these spaces on a Pay-As-You-Go basis priced at £12 per class - just drop me a message if this is of interest to you.

LOYALTY BONUS: If you book two weekly classes with me, you will automatically receive a loyalty discount equating to £1 off per class. A loyalty discount also applies to the PAYG price: first class is £12, second class is £10. Or if booked into a weekly class already, you can attend a extra class that week on a PAYG basis for the discounted price of £10.
